Affordability
Despite its national and international popularity as a holiday
destination, Noosa remains an affordable place to live. Within minutes
of the ocean and other attractions, it is still possible to buy
a four-bedroom home in the Cooloola and Sunrise Beach areas for
less than $300,000. Equally attractive is the availability of home
units on Noosa Hill, less than 1.5 kilometres walk to Main Beach,
for under $200,000! Where else in the world…..
